Optimized for field use and VIAVI TPA™ (Test Process Automation) enabled, INX 700 Series microscopes enable automation of every step of the inspection process, including test set up, tip configuration, image panning and focus, end-face analysis testing, and data storage.
Operators can use an INX 700 Series microscope autonomously. Microscopes that support wireless connectivity can be connected to a local device, such as a mobile device or PC, via USB or wireless connection, with the VIAVI Mobile Tech app serving as the bridge between the microscope and the cloud.
